If you like extremely hot chillies then you will enjoy the combination of the sweet juicy and acidic chilli fruits in this samosa. The star ingredients are the mixture of variety of fresh hot chillies, tastefully balanced with garlic and spices. With crispy thin hand made wheat & gluten free pastry.

Ingredients: potato (45%), wheat flour (gluten),  rapeseed oil, mixed hot chillies (includes naga "ghost" chilli), fresh coriander leaves, spices (coriander, cumin, garlic, chilli, turmeric), lemon, salt. 

CONTAINS: Wheat, Gluten - for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.

WARNING: "STRICTLY" for those who enjoy extreme chilli heat. If you can taste the sweet fruity combination of the variety of fresh chillies and the balanced spices cooked together, then this is the perfect samosa for you.

  • Cooking Instructions

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN

    BEST AUTHENTIC RESULT – DEEP FRY FROZEN: best cook from frozen, oil MUST be medium hot (160°C -180°C), cook for 7-9 minutes, ensure filling is piping hot all the way through. Too hot oil will burn pastry; too cold oil will split open samosa.

    FROZEN - Oven Cooking: remove all packaging, pre-heat oven 180°C, place on well oiled baking tray, cook for 5-minutes, remove and brush with oil (for fried result, can omit for healthy option), cook for 30-35 minutes; ensure filling is piping hot.

    Over cooking will dry out and shrink pastry.

    COOK IN BAG - Oven Cooking From Frozen:

    Remove outer packaging, place in “cook in oven bag” provided, make a few small slits in the bag, loosely close bag with the white tie provided. Place on baking tray in pre-heated oven at 180°C-200°C (Gas Mark 6), cook 25-30 minutes till pastry is crispy golden and piping hot in the middle.

    WARNING - take care from the steam in the bag when removing cooked samosa

    DO NOT LET BAG TOUCH OVEN SIDES !!!

    Over cooking will dry out

    Serve with your favourite chutney, salad or on it’s own as a tea time savoury treat.

    Re-Heat Pre-Cooked Chilled: pre-heat oven 180°C, place on baking tray, re-heat for 6-8 minutes; ensure filling is piping hot.
