Traditional Indian specialty flatbreads.  Some are suitable for LowFODMAP diet. Great as a complete meal with salad, Indian pickle and chutneys, or accompany with curries.

All free-from dairy / milk except paneer fillings. The paneer is vegetarian, from cow's milk, NOT made with animal rennet.

FREE FROM: wheat, gluten, egg, milk / dairy, soya, mustard, celery, added sulphites, lupin, all nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, mollusc, preservatives, colouring, stabilisers. 

All NUTS and SESAMES NOT USED. All our products are made in an all nut and sesame free environment.

Every now and then we may have products that don't meet Afia's strict production standard (broken corners, made by trainees, etc). Wheat & Gluten Free Gobi Paratha (FROZEN UNCOOKED)
